The evaluation of the project proves that the project was of a great value for the students.
Brief summary of the final survey:
- pupils appreciated the opportunity to work with partners and exchange materials as well as discussions with them,
- many pupils prefer such form of work and favour it over traditional lessons,
- thanks to the project students have learnt new web tools and enjoyed trying something new,
- most students were very engaged in the project - the form of involvement they mention is: participating in forums, chats, making presentations, commenting on others' work, doing research, taking photos and sharing their views with their peers,
- the best part of the project, according to students, were: mobile apps (learning and testing), doing quizzes and Christmas card exchange,
- pupils contacted each other using chat, forums, internal e-mail on TwinSpace, Facebook and private e-mails,
- most often used IT tools were: Voki, Quizizz, Learning Apps, text editor, Power Point, video editor, Kahoot, Padlet and Google docs,
- the most valuable aspect of the project was improving fluency in English, improving ICT skills, but also fun and working in teams,
- students perceive the project to be exciting and grade the project 5 on a 5-mark scale,
- many students said they feel more European now thanks to the project,
- most of the students are satisfied enough with the results of the project, but some would prefer more games in it.
